The Social Link Recruitment lockup: a heart of clustered figure-circles beside the wordmark.
Clustered figures, never one colour.

(Overview)The logo steps back. The carers doing the shifts are the point, not the agency.

(The brief)Social Link sells to two groups at once. A carer looking for work needs to find shifts near them. A care provider needs to trust the agency enough to hand over a vacancy. The same site had to serve both, and a carer should never have to read a sales page written for an employer.

The Social Link heart mark on its own: clustered dots in many colours forming a heart.
The heart, alone
A stack of Social Link business cards, the scattered-dot reverse showing and the heart mark on the card in front.
Cards, mark first
A Social Link lanyard and ID badge worn on a teal care tunic, the heart mark on the badge.
On the lanyard, on shift
A carer in blue scrubs talking with an older woman in a care home day room, the Social Link badge on her lanyard.
The work, not the brand

One rounded family, black to thin. Nothing sharp anywhere in it.

(The turn)A recruiter’s brand usually shouts about scale. This one counts in ones: the dots never resolve into a single colour, because the carers never do.

(What shipped)The job portal puts every open shift on a map of the UK, with pins by role and filters over the top, so a carer can see what is near them before reading anything. The font is rounded throughout, heavy through to light, with nothing sharp anywhere in it. The About page leads with the mission and the APSCo partnership.

Website and job portal

One carer, one person.
Someone at a desk viewing the Social Link site on a laptop, a phone showing the same site beside it.
The provider, not the carer.

Every shift is one carer, one household, and one evening that has to go right.
